SitePetal lets you create, publish and export one-page websites. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you keep ownership of what you create. You let us store, process and show your content only as needed to run the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload or publish.

What you must not do

Do not use SitePetal for anything unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful, for malware or spam, to steal passwords or other login details, or to disrupt the service. We may remove content or limit access when needed to protect people or the service.

Availability and changes

We cannot promise the service will always be available or that your content will be stored forever, so keep exports of anything important. Features and limits may change.

No guarantees

The service is provided as available, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by content you publish or outside services you connect.

Ending your use

You can export your content and delete your account from the account panel. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches. Terms that should naturally continue after that, such as ownership and limits on liability, still apply.
