Terms of use
SitePetal is a focused tool for creating, publishing, and exporting one-page websites. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account activity and retain ownership of content you create. You give SitePetal the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content while providing the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload or publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use SitePetal for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content; malware; unsolicited messaging; credential theft; or attempts to disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep SitePetal reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Keep exports of content you cannot afford to lose. Features and limits may change as the product develops.
No warranties
The service is provided as available without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. SitePetal is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by content you publish or third-party services you connect.
Ending use
You may export and delete your account from the account panel. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations. Provisions that logically survive termination, including ownership and liability limits, will continue to apply.
