Privacy policy

We keep what we need to run your account and publish your sites: your sign-in details, site content, uploaded images, saved versions, publishing settings, and enquiries sent through your published forms.

Who we share it with

We use service providers for sign-in, data and file storage, hosting, privacy-friendly analytics, abuse protection, email delivery and error monitoring. They only get the data they need to do that job.

Your published sites

Anything you publish is public at its SitePetal address. Enquiries sent through your forms are private to you. We do not sell personal information or use enquiries for advertising.

How long we keep it

You can unpublish or delete a site at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, sites, versions, enquiries and uploads. You can download a copy of your workspace from the account panel first. Some basic logs may be kept for a limited time for security and reliability.

Your responsibilities

If your site collects information from visitors, you must have a lawful reason to do so. Do not upload sensitive personal data or anything you do not have permission to use.
