Privacy policy

SitePetal stores the information needed to run your account and publish your sites. This includes your sign-in identity, site content, uploaded images, saved versions, publishing settings, and enquiries submitted through your published forms.

Services we use

Firebase provides authentication, database storage, and private asset storage. Vercel hosts the application and supplies privacy-conscious aggregate web analytics. Upstash supports abuse protection, Resend delivers operational emails, and Sentry receives technical error reports. These providers process only the data needed to provide their respective services.

Your published sites

Content you publish is intentionally public at its SitePetal URL. Enquiry form submissions are private to the site owner. We do not sell personal information or use submitted enquiries for advertising.

Retention and control

You can unpublish or delete an individual site at any time. Account deletion removes your SitePetal profile, sites, versions, enquiries, and uploaded assets. A downloadable workspace export is available from the account panel before deletion. Limited operational logs may remain for security and reliability for the period required by our providers.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use information through your published site. Do not upload sensitive personal data or content you do not have permission to use.
